Previously, the CEO was admonished by Madam Dorothy for his lackluster grooming technique, as signaled by her tail. Undeterred, the CEO resolved to try again. Today, he found Madam Dorothy lounging on her favorite cot in a dignified sphinx pose. He gingerly approached her from behind and began grooming her from head to the nape to the base of her tail. Madam Dorothy seemed to be reveling in the attention, so, emboldened, he gave the base of her tail a gentle tap. However, to his dismay, Madam Dorothy suddenly let our a protesting “meow” and darted off. The CEO was left lament his ill-timed innovation.
